01What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. In this notice, “cookies” covers all of them.
02Your choice
When you first visit, we ask you to choose Essential only or Accept all. Both are just as easy to click. Nothing optional is set until you click Accept all, and you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
03Counting visits without cookies
Whatever you choose, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies or store anything on your device, and it doesn’t identify you. It tells us totals such as how many visits we had, which pages were viewed, which website sent people here, the type of device and the country.
04Strictly necessary cookies
These keep the site safe and working, so the law doesn’t require your consent for them.

05Analytics cookies (optional)
If you click Accept all, we also use Google Analytics to count visits and understand how people find and use the site, for example which social media post brought them here. It shows us the pages visited, your device type and browser, and your approximate location at town or city level. We see totals and trends, not who you are.

We don’t use Google Analytics for advertising, and we keep its data for 14 months. Google may process it in the US. Our Privacy notice explains how that’s protected.
06What we don’t use
- No advertising pixels, such as Meta or TikTok
- No social media trackers or “like” buttons
- No personal tracking in our emails (our email provider only counts opens and clicks anonymously)
- We never sell your data
07Changing your mind
- Click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and choose again. If you switch analytics off, we delete the Google Analytics cookies.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, the sign-up forms may stop working.
08Changes to this notice
If we add any other kind of cookie, we’ll update this notice and ask for your consent before setting it.
